Appointy is a software-as-a-service platform that provides AI booking assistants and a customer relationship management dashboard for appointment-based businesses. References to “we”, “us” or “our” refer to the Appointy team.

To use most features of the Service you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Service.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to send spam, unlawful, deceptive, or harassing messages.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Use the Service to violate any applicable law, including data-protection laws.
• Resell, sublicense, or transfer access to the Service without our written consent.

We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you have violated this section.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis according to the plan you select. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. You can cancel your subscription at any time, in which case you retain access until the end of the current billing period.

We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice. New pricing applies to the next billing period.

You retain all rights to the data you import or generate while using the Service (including client information, conversations, and bookings). You grant us a limited license to host, process and display this data solely as needed to operate the Service for you.

Our use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

The Service connects to third-party platforms such as Telegram, Instagram and WhatsApp. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for changes to their APIs, policies, or availability that may affect the Service.

The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by Appointy and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI replies will always be accurate.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Appointy will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may terminate your account at any time from the dashboard or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, or to comply with law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, and we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via the Service before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Appointy's place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction unless an alternative is required by your local consumer-protection law.
